The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in relation to your use of the E-shop is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

 

1. Definitions

1.1. 1.2. Processing of personal data - means any operation performed on personal data (such as collecting, editing, modifying, recording, storing, accessing, querying, archiving, etc.).

2. Processing of your personal data through the E-shop

2.1 By submitting data to the Seller, the Data Subject consents to the use of the Personal Data by the Seller in order to ensure the functioning of the E-Shop for the purposes requested by the Data Subject.

- The Seller receives your explicit consent to process your data in this way, i.e. when you create a User Account;

- You place an order on the E-shop, which is accepted and fulfilled, thereby creating and enforcing a contract with you;

- as well as in cases where the Seller is under a legal obligation to process your data;

- the legitimate interests of the Seller are met. We will process your Personal Data if we have a legitimate interest in doing so and such processing is not prejudicial to the protection of your interests and rights.

3.2 The Seller may provide Personal Data to its data processors who provide services to the Seller and process Personal Data on behalf of the Seller. Such processors selected by the Seller shall be entitled to process Personal Data only on the instructions of the Seller and only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the Seller's obligations under the contract between the Seller and the Service Provider. We assure you that the Vendor only cooperates with processors that guarantee appropriate measures (organisational and technical) for the processing of Personal Data and ensure the processing of Personal Data in accordance with the legal requirements.

3.3 The Seller may also provide personal data in response to requests from the courts or public authorities to the extent necessary for the proper enforcement of applicable law and the instructions of public authorities.

 

4. Duration of storage of personal data

4.1 We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

4.2 If you have not been active in your User account in the E-shop for 2 years, your personal data shall be deleted.

4.3 You may also request that your account on the E-Shop be terminated.

 

5. Rights of data subjects

5.1 As a Data Subject, you have the following Data Subject Rights:

5.1.8. The right to request that only automated processing, including profiling, is not applied.

5.1.9. The right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

5.2 In order to exercise your rights, you may submit an enquiry or request in writing to us at: info@dronefix.lt. Upon receipt of such a request or enquiry from you, we may ask you to fill in the necessary forms and to provide a notarised copy of your identity document, which we need to verify your identity in order to prevent the disclosure of Personal Data.

5.3 Upon receipt of your request or enquiry regarding the processing of your Personal Data, we undertake to provide you with a response within no later than 1 month from the date of the request and to carry out the actions set out in the request or to inform you of our reasons for refusing to do so. If necessary, the time limit may be extended by a further 2 months depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, we will inform you of such extension within 1 month of receipt of the request.

5.4 If Personal Data is erased at your request, we will only retain copies of the information that is necessary to protect our legitimate interests and those of others, to comply with the obligations of public authorities, to resolve disputes, to identify interference, or to abide by any agreements that you have entered into with us.
