Conditions for delivery of goods when purchasing from an online store
1. Delivery methods in Lithuania
1.1. Omniva parcel machine – standard delivery to your specified Omniva parcel machine.
1.2. In-store pickup – pickup at our service location by prior arrangement.
2. Delivery methods abroad
1.1. For international delivery of goods, please contact us via email or phone before placing an order.
3. Delivery cost
1.1. Omniva paštomatu – 2,99 eur.
1.2. In-store pickup – free of charge.
1.3. Free delivery is also available for orders exceeding 100 EUR.
4. Delivery time and terms
1.1. Orders for delivery to Omniva parcel machines placed before 12:00 PM are shipped on the same or next business day and delivered throughout Lithuania within 1–3 business days from the shipping date. To confirm the shipping time, please inquire by phone.
1.2. Orders for in-store pickup placed before 12:00 PM can be picked up on the same or next business day. To confirm the pickup time, please inquire by phone.
1.3. Express delivery by a non-standard method may be possible for an additional fee by arrangement.
5. Order tracking
1.1. Omniva parcel machines – after the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress.
1.2. In-store pickup – we will notify you by phone when your order is ready for pickup.
6. Delivery disruptions
1.1. If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure circumstances, we will inform the customer and make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
1.2. The customer has the option to cancel the order if the delivery is delayed by more than 14 business days.
